Applications for Recommender Grants (RGTC) are now being accepted!

Modern Times Stage Company is pleased to announce that 2023-24 applications are now open for our Ontario Arts Council (OAC) Recommender Grants For Theatre Creators (RGTC). RGTC is the primary way through which Modern Times supports and connects with creators new to the company. Creators from our priority area of activity are strongly encouraged to apply to us – deadline is Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 1pm ET.

Our Priority Area of Activity is radical and imaginative theatrical arts that challenge theatrical form, context, narrative and performance; work from Immigrants, IBPOC artists, LGTBQ+ artists, Fem-artists, artists with disabilities, and other historically and structurally marginalized artists; artists with exciting and fresh ideas we’ve never encountered.
